The random apartment neighbor I think my neighbor should move. Being in an apartment complex has its perks and disadvantages. My perks include: -Free Cable TV -Free Wifi -Free Garbage -Free pool -Free Spa -Free Wieght room -Free faxes My Disadvantages include: -Parking trouble -Tiny Mailbox -Lack of privacy -And among other things, a noisy neighbor. This guy drives a (loud) mustang, so he thinks he's pretty cool. Normally your car isn't a problem... but when you start it up at 3:00am and reve it every time you do, it sucks(which in turn... you suck). He wears attire of the walking depression (or "emo" as other people may know this fashion trend as). I call it the walking depression, cause all these people look eternally depressed. He smokes, which I wouldn't normally care about... so it wofts into my windows and smells up my place. To top off all his wonderful attributes, he has a permenant attitude problem everytime we bump into eachother. So, this why my neighbor should move.
